Packages sent by DHL Express can be tracked here: https://www.dhl.com/de-en/home/tracking.html
Packages sent by the Post office: You can track your parcel on this website. Please choose the English language in the upper right corner. You can also choose the mobile version there.
The date of delivery does not include the day of sending of the consignment, Saturday, Sunday, any holidays, and the time when the consignment is retained in the country of destination at the customs office (if performing the customs procedure is necessary). Please consider that in December and during other holidays the turnover of postal items is considerably increased and that these (otherwise informative) delivery dates are slightly longer.
Such shipments can be monitored via the internet for all countries throughout the journey, only when all carriers in the transfer provide data to the tracking system.

Delivery time and shipping costs
We ship worldwide. For shipping costs, if not specified below, please send your inquiry to ionex@ionex.si.
We offer shipping by DHL Express (worldwide), Post of Slovenia (worldwide), DPD (a few countries). Please note that the DHL shipping option appears only after you fill in your shipping address in full, as the price varies by city.
North America (USA & CANADA)
Our primary partner in shipment delivery is DHL Express. Delivery time for all USA states and Canada is 3 business days. The exact price varies a bit but is generally around 20 EUR.
Our other shipping option is Post of Slovenia and USPS, once it reaches its destination. Delivery time for all USA states and Canada is 6-8 business days.

DHL delivers most packages within 2 business days. Price depends on the shipping address but generally costs between 15-20 EUR.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your Shipping or contact our Customer Care Team to help track your order.
Please remember that on some occasions it could take up until 9pm for the courier to ship your package.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
EU
No additional charges (custom or import duties) will be applied to your shipment.
Non-EU countries
The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept shipping of the items from your courier. If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Ionex d.o.o. In the event this happens, Ionex d.o.o. may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
Do you ship to po box and bfpo addresses?
We love everyone equally however we are unable to ship to PO box and BFPO addresses.
